✔ Over the years people have suggested I (John J. Rolley) share 𝙢𝙮 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 and 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝 to the topic of “client interaction skills”, derived from the large number of client advisors, sales managers, company executives and others whom I have had the occasion (and pleasure 🙂) to train and coach. There was even a suggestion to 𝙥𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙖 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠; however my impression is there is already plenty of theory on the market. It is the practical application and functional explanations which are missing, and which the clients I work with most 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚.


✔ In response to requests I will share on a regular basis my thoughts on specific topics in the fields of 𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, currently of interest to clients both 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙡 (Any examples or experiences quoted will naturally remain anonymous). I would also be interested to hear from others how these reflections compare with their own situations, and the solutions they have found for achieving win-win results.
