From long experience in client-facing roles and senior leadership positions with major international brands, at R&R Value Partners we are convinced that success in business starts with all those involved, from team members to their managers and senior leaders.
We believe that to achieve corporate performance enhancement in any company, industry or geography, you need first to develop the skills of these “performers”.
R&R Value Partners therefore focuses on creating impact by giving people the practical tools and techniques to achieve success, not just theoretical concepts, and we work with real life business cases to develop individuals’ skills, rather than simulations.

Managing Partner & Co-Founder
John Rolley
John Rolley is an experienced professional trainer specialised in mentoring and coaching for measurable impact. His particular focus is on Advisory & Sales techniques and Leadership development. John has proven consulting experience in strategic sales application and corporate communications with a wide range of international companies, works in four languages (English, French, Italian and German), and brings extensive cultural experience of a broad range of European countries.
John was previously Head of Advisory & Sales training delivery in Europe at UBS, Regional Manager of the Financial Times for a number of key markets, and Chairman of the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Geneva. He is a trained executive coach with an excellent track record in coaching for impact, sales team development, change management and talent recruitment.
He holds a Master’s Degree from Oxford University, was Visiting Professor of Business Communication at Webster University Geneva and studied opera singing at the Conservatoire de Nice.

Monika Rolley
Monika Rolley is a serial re-locator (Paris, Geneva, Zurich) and native of Frankfurt, Germany with a background in international client relationship management, event management, senior executive support and government consular activity. Her fluency in 4 languages and experience-based appreciation of different cultures and perspectives are frequently cited by clients as the defining factors for them in her advisory approach and their satisfaction with the solutions offered.
Monika founded a successful support service ExpatHelp! to enable company executives, their partners and families to grapple with the novel administrative, cultural and linguistic challenges of this fascinating country which is Switzerland; and her creative talents married to a refined
IT competency led her to create a recognised Websitedesign Business targeted at individuals and SMEs.
Monika finds relaxation and re-sourcing through choral singing, yoga and Nordic walking, and is always pleased to introduce clients to these pleasures.
